1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
1 pack cheddar cheese powder from Mac & cheese
4T unsalted butter + 1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons cup oil + 2 tablespoons water
Heat oven to 250F.
Mix flour and cheeses together with a mixer or a food processor until well combined.
Add butter (or oil) and water and mix until a uniform electric cheddar mixture forms.
Roll dough out between parchment, wax paper or directly on a countertop with a touch of flour until cracker-like thinness. Cut into shapes/sizes, as you like. Transfer to a sheet pan and poke holes in or decorate the top if you like.
Bake 15-25 minutes depending on size and thickness until golden brown at the edges. Cool completely before eating ALL OF THEM AT ONCE!
